Marketing Assistant

Hours: 31 hours per week, term time, with an additional 13 days worked during the school holidays.

Salary: £15,866 per annum, increasing to £16,888 from April 2025.

Start date: As soon as possible.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and busy Marketing & Admissions Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a one year fixed-term position, with the potential for extension or to be made a permanent position, depending on the needs of the school.

In common with all employees of the school, the post-holder will:

  • Share the motivation to work with children and young people.
  • Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.

Red House is a wonderful school, for boys and girls between 3 and 16 years, in the beautiful village of Norton on Teesside.  It provides an excellent, inspirational, holistic education to 350 pupils.  Results at GCSE are excellent, as is the pastoral care offered to our pupils.  The children also participate in an extensive co-curricular programme and Red House sees considerable success in sport.
